Sam Singer, MD MS is a board-certified pediatrician at Oakland, California's Highland Hospital. He received his medical degree from UC San Francisco and a Masters of Health and Medical Science from the UC Berkeley School of Public Health before completing internship and residency at Children’s Hospital Oakland.
