Lauren attended UCLA for her B.S. in Neuroscience and Anthropology and graduated with honors in 2016. She then attended Keck School of Medicine of USC where she developed her interest in psychiatry and the special population of victims of abuse. She has volunteered as a medical student in asylum work and hopes to continue to pursue this as her career.

She graduated from medical school during the COVID pandemic in 2020 is now a resident physician at Harbor UCLA where she is continuing her training for her future endeavors. During her free time, she loves to spend time with her dog, run along the beach, bake inspired dishes for friends and family, and adventure through life!
